You don't need over 2, we only have 1 soda pop gun. Depending on how many guests you have, you many only need 1. |

No, but we do supply them for the bridal table. |

Yes, we have an inlayed chestnut hardwood floor. |

| Do you have to take tables down for dancing? |

When you go over 126 people, you will need to take tables down. |

| Can we have a D.J. at The Diamond Ballroom? |

Yes, we are wired for the D.J. to be in 3 different places in the ballroom. |

| When can we bring our things to the Ballroom for our function? |

You can bring them the day before, unless it is booked for a Friday function. If it is booked, you can bring them the morning of your function as early as you want. Let us know in advance the time when you will be bringing them. |

| How long do we have the ballroom for? |

From 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight. Your bartender must close the bar at 11:30 p.m. and the D. J. must stop playing at 11:30 p.m. |

| What methods of payment do you accept? |

We accept cash and checks. |
|
| When is the final count due? |
| |
We need to have your count 7 days before your function. Then you can add a few additional people to your count, up to 2 days before your function.

| When do I need to make the final payment for my function? |

7 days prior to the function. |

| Do you provide a chocolate fountain for events? |

Yes, we package them in foil pans and wrap them with plastic wrap. |

No, we cut and serve your cake as dessert. Or we will cut and wrap your cake for free, in the containers that you provide. |

| Do you supply the box for the top layer of our wedding cake? |

No, the person making your wedding cake should supply that for you. |
